We are always happy to process refunds providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As online sellers, we have to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.

All our sales are final, and no refunds will be given. As all our courses are digital products, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to us for a refund.
If you find a bug in our videos or content, you can write to us at email@example.com, and we will fix it. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund.
However, in some cases, we offer 7 days refunds for video courses only if you have genuine reasons. Please write to us at: firstname.lastname@example.org stating your concerns with our courses and we will try our best to fix the issues or refund your money.

You choose not to use our services

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that You used while making the purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
